This was the first Colombian hotel I came across where they offered a breakfast buffet and it was great! The shower had warm water often (that seems to be rare in Colombia) The personnel was friendly. They allowed me to drop off excess luggage that I was carrying for 2 days before I even checked in.

Location good walking distance to Provenza place with lots of restaurant and art events.staff friendly.

Staff was very helpful and always nice. Breakfast was delicious and the location was central. Close to good restaurants. Had a nice Stay and will be back soon :)

Very helpful, even before we arrived to the hotel. They took care of getting taxi to the hotel from the airport. All staff were nice and helpful any time of day.

Clean, modern, quiet, beautiful views, attentive staff. Very safe area. Nice breakfast. Comfortable lobby, bar, and public spaces. Excellent terrace on fifth floor. Easy walking or transport around town.

Great location, excellent customer service you can rely on, delicious breakfast. They have also lunch and dining options at the hotel restaurant.

We loved everything about our stay! The views from our room were amazing! The staff was so attentive, caring, great customer service!! Don Jaime was always very friendly. The wonderful ladies from the kitchen were so kind.
